Email Deliverability and Reputation

Sending email from your own domain is only useful if it actually arrives. Our email infrastructure uses industry-standard authentication protocols to protect your domain's reputation and ensure your messages are delivered to inboxes rather than filtered into spam.

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) tells receiving mail servers which servers are authorised to send email on behalf of your domain. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) adds a cryptographic signature to your outgoing messages, allowing recipients to verify that they genuinely came from you and haven't been tampered with in transit.

We also maintain a clean sending environment by not permitting mass marketing emails on our platform. This keeps our mail servers off spam blacklists and protects the deliverability of every customer's email.
